1. Introduction
Welcome to Shapeshift Studios. By purchasing any products through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all users of the website, including browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and content contributors. All transactions and interactions on this website are governed by the laws of Australia.
2. Product Information
The Wave MagSafe Charging Stand is designed and 3D printed in Australia. Due to the 3D printing process, each product may feature visible layer lines and slight variations that make each stand unique. These are not considered defects but are part of the product’s inherent characteristics.
3. Payment and Pricing
All prices displayed on the website are in AUD (Australian Dollars) and are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without prior notice. Payment must be completed before the product is shipped. Accepted payment methods include credit card, debit card, PayPal, and other options as made available on our checkout page.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We offer both domestic and international shipping for our products. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout. While we strive to process and ship orders promptly, Shapeshift Studios is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
For domestic orders within Australia, estimated delivery times range between 3-7 business days. For international orders, delivery times can range from 7-21 business days depending on the destination and carrier service.
5. Return and Refund Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Products must be returned in their original, unused condition with all packaging and accessories included. Due to the customized nature of 3D printing, returns may be subject to inspection.
Please note:
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
6. Warranty
We offer a 6-month limited warranty on the Wave MagSafe Charging Stand. This warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not include normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper use, or issues related to 3D printing layer lines or variations. Warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, Shapeshift Studios shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, and materials on our website, including the Wave MagSafe Charging Stand design, are the intellectual property of Shapeshift Studios. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of [State/Territory], Australia.
